This card was up on the Technique Tuesday blog the other day….
I used Petite Posies (one of those classic favourites of mine – I just love the open font on the sentiment). I stamped the flower onto patterned paper and onto white card stock and layered the two. I stitched the centres before adding them to the card front. Paper is Indie Chic Citron 6×6 pad by My Mind’s Eye.

Here’s my chair!
My mom gave me this one to paint up for my classroom…..and after thinking and choosing this colour scheme for my room…
I picked GREEN for its new colour.
SO, here’s the original chair…..
And the can of paint from Canadian Tire (which ended up being TWO cans!)
And here’s the end result. I really love it 
Fun stuff. Can’t wait to get it into its new home!!

Stamps are from the Knit Wit Set (who knew a winter themed set could make a summer card!) from Technique Tuesday. The leaf was hand cut and stamped, and the border strip on the bottom was stamped with texture stamps from this set.
