Salt Challenge

It was my turn to create the challenge topic for Salt Faith Challenge this week.

The theme for this week started from this quote by C.S. Lewis.

“Put first things first and we get second things thrown in: put second things first and we lose both first and second things” (C.S. Lewis, God in the Dock)

How very true, but how easy to place God second. And how subtly that happens.

The scripture that immediately came to mind was Matthew 6:33….

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

I’d invite you to read the complete challenge over at the Salt blog, and to participate by creating your own project in response to the topic.

Here’s my ATC…I did choose a different verse that ended up being the focus of my thoughts as I studied the topic.

Thanks for coming by to look 🙂
